Kiss ... Shake ... Give

KISS
SHAKE

GIVE

Once the wedding day is finally here, the father of the bride realizes that he has a big part in the ceremony and that is to give his daughter away! All of a sudden the jitters become too much and he forgets what and when he is supposed to do everything! (oh no!) We have came up with a little chant to make the father's job a lot less stressful and it goes like this..."kiss, shake, give.....kiss, shake, give!" Everyone seems to have had fun chanting it throughout the day and by the time the father is walking down the isle he is confident and ready to give his beautiful daughter away on the most important day of her life, so if you are a father of the bride just remember "kiss, shake, give," it's that simple!

Mix & Match Your Table Scape

Mixing and matching components of your table scape is a great way to personalize your wedding. You can use a variation of colors, patterns, or both. An easy way to to do this is is to use different colored chargers and place-mats. You can also use different colors or styles of linen. These are a few fun ways to make your table unique.

As seen in It's A Jamie Thing "Don't be afraid to use objects that you might not be used to seeing at the table such as bags over chairs (or maybe aprons, beaded necklaces, hats), large potted plants, umbrellas, etc. Tie it up and tie it in!"

Real Wedding of Alanna and David

In June of 2009 David and Alanna traveled from Ireland to get married in Las Vegas, Nevada! With 41 of their closest family and friends they were married at The Little White Wedding Chapel and their reception was at the Neiman Marcus Mariposa Restaurant.

David wanted to surprise Alanna throughout the day by presenting her with some of her "favorite" things. As the limo arrived to The Little White Wedding Chapel she was greeted and serenaded by Elvis, who later continued into the ceremony to sing to all of the guests.

Later at their wedding reception at the beautiful Mariposa Restaurant inside of Neiman Marcus he surprised her with 99 red balloons - which was stemmed from one of her favorite songs "99 Red Balloons".
Their wedding was very inimate, romantic and personal. To view more photos from their wedding please visit our Photo Gallery.

Siena Golf Club

One of our favorite venues in Las Vegas is Siena Golf Club. We have married a lot of couples at Siena Golf Club with the incredible assistance of Millie Adams and Chef Dan. Siena is one of the hidden gems of Las Vegas. If you are looking for a beautiful and romantic atmosphere which is also intimate don't look further.... Siena Golf Club is for you!

The Siena Clubhouse is the ideal place for weddings, receptions and large group parties. The Tuscan-style clubhouse includes the festive Siena Bistro, a 2,500 square foot restaurant and bar; meeting space that overlooks Lake Siena; men’s and women’s locker rooms and a beautifully appointed and fully-stocked golf shop.

Siena’s clubhouse also features a private patio with a fireplace and a casual patio which both provide beautiful panoramic views of the Siena Golf Course, Lake Siena and the Las Vegas Strip. Siena's Community Center, with 38,000 square feet of functional space and the Grand Ballroom, serves as the heart and soul of the facility.

With approximately 17,600 square feet, the Grand Ballroom accommodates 500 guests with theatre seating, or 300 guests for special events and weddings. Also featured in the Community Center is a dramatic dome-shaped lobby and lounge that serves as the focal point of this magnificent facility.

To view some photos of weddings we have done at Siena Golf Club CLICK HERE! On a personal note, Justin and I were married at Siena and it was a "PERFECT" night. Siena's staff is first class, their venue is gorgeous and I would not only professionally recommend Siena, but personally also.

Wedding of Jaime and Shaffer

On the last day of May, at The Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nevada a beautiful bride walked down an aisle in a custom made gown which has lace from her soon to be husbands Grandmothers gown.

When Jaime and Shaffer called me just a couple of months ago she was looking for someone to capture her vision and make her wedding day flawless.

Jaime's color palette was dark plum, black, lime green and white. With the help of some amazing vendors, Hadley Han of Jason Kenneth Designs, Desiree LaDesma from RSVP Party Rentals, Mandy Brown from Pacific Event Productions, Cynthia Harris with Classical Entertainment and Mike and Jane Briggs from Good Vibrations Mobile DJs the evening was flawless, spectacular and a night to remember.

Cynthia Harris from Classical Entertainment provided an amazing combination of a Flamenco Guitarist and a Percussionist who played as guests entered and as Jaime and her beautiful bridal party walked down the aisle. During the cocktail hour the duo jammed out to various tunes!

The white dance floor glowed while the Italian Strand lighting surrounded it and created a romantic feel. White over sized lounge furniture and green, black and purple pillows accented the lounge furniture. On her 16 person royal tables, a Blueberry Faille linen provided by BBJ Linen accented all of her wedding colors. Large centerpieces with various types of spring flowers, all in whites brought a romantic elegance to each table.

Green Valley Ranch Resort and Jill Maynard provided amazing service and quality from the beginning stages of planning through the end of their wedding. Jaime and Shaffer had an exquisite menu which consisted of:
An appetizer of Seasonal Mushroom Ravoli with Champagne Cream, Frizzled Leeks . A Belgium Endive Salad with Baby Argula, Pear, Maytag Blue Cheese, Pecan and Vinaigrette Drizzled Dressing. Followed with a Mandarin Orange Sorbet Topped with Vanilla Vodka Intermezzo,
and the main entree was Grilled Tenderloin of Beef and Pan Seared Sea Bass with Truffle Mashed Potato.
The evening was perfect and Jaime and Shaffer are now husband and wife! We would like to thank them for the opportunity to help plan and design their wedding!

To see more photos from Jaime and Shaffer's Wedding please visit CLM Weddings Photo Gallery.

All of the photography was provided by Shiela Garvey Photography.

Andrea and I share a lot of sense for style and we both share the love for crystals, bling and anything shiny! Below are photos of some of LTeventions newest products.

Wedding of Becky and Dave

Becky and Dave decided they wanted a very small and intimate wedding at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. There were six people in attendance which included the two of them and both of their parents. They were a very non traditional couple who showcased their beauty and love for each other by marrying each other at The Hard Rock Pool during the practice for Hard Rock's Rehab. With the assistance of Brandi Payne of Hard Rock Las Vegas the wedding went off without a hitch!

Becky carried a bouquet of Daisy's, which was provided by Hadley Han of Jason Kenneth Designs, and a cow bell while walking past hundreds of strangers for her wedding processional which happened to be to the song "Brass Monkey".

After the ceremony which was performed by Reverend Phil York the couple joined their parents in a private cabana for a cake and champagne reception. Their wedding cake was created by Dane Bethea of Simple Elegance in Cake Design and was stemmed from a photo submitted by the bride. The characters on the top of the cake were also created by Dane.

For more photos from their wedding please visit our Photo Gallery!

Partnership with Groff's Graphics

CLM Weddings is proud to have a partnership/affiliation with Heather Collins and Groff's Graphics of New York. Groff’s Graphics is a full service studio offering couture wedding invitations and accessories created with art and elegance. Each piece of stationery is created with great care and fully customizable for your special day. Our high quality graphics and paper are sure to make a lasting impression.

Groff's Grapics created all of our new "branding" -or- "logos" for our website, give gown, and blog. They created a "bride" in our business colors...hot pink and black with and elegant scroll background to make the bride stand out. They also took a script and block font and designed our business name to be lined up next to the "bride" and scroll.

Heather at Groff's Graphics is one of the most professional, fun, creative and innovative people we have met in a long time. She takes custom inviations to a new level and creates a final product which will truthfully just blow your mind. We highly recommend Groff's Graphics for all of your custom printing needs. Not only does she do custom invitations but she is also doing bridesmaids cards, Save the Dates, Table Cards, Table Numbers and all other matching accessories for your Stationary needs.

One of our favorite inviations is called "The Rachel" and it was named after one of our brides. Here are some sample photos of Heather's custom invitations
