"Chameleon Chairs LLC was formed in January 2005, and concurrently acquired an existing inventory and patent pending for the Chameleon Chair system. The opportunity to provide over 1,500 chairs for the 2005 Academy Awards ® Governors Ball was the Company's initial foray into the chair rental business. The Company does business as the "Chameleon Chair ® Collection" and manufactures and rents its propriety products. Presently, the Company offers an expansive line of chairs and barstools that can be viewed on our website at www.chameleonchair.com.

The Chameleon chair is a remarkably versatile stacking chair designed to meet the ever-changing demands of the party and special events market. It is ergonomically engineered for comfort and style. The Chameleon Chair ® Collection includes metallic and covered backs as well as seat cushions in a variety of colors, fabrics and patterns. The chairs are delivered in a custom storage and transportation dolly that efficiently transports 36 chairs and cushions.
The Company offers eight different metal back chair styles that can be used as designed or underneath a wide variety of covered backs. The metal back is first covered with a custom-made liner. Once the liner is installed a decorative cover is put on over it to give the chair a sleek, upholstered and tailored look. The Company plans to introduce new designs responsive to fashion and industry trends.

The Chameleon Chair ® Collection's transportation dolly system was designed for efficiency, providing the Company with a competitive advantage over traditional delivery methods. A crew can easily setup or teardown a 200-person party in approximately one hour.
The Company operates from a 23,000 square foot headquarters, showroom and main warehouse in Hawthorne, California (near LAX) as well as a 6,600 square foot satellite warehouse and showroom in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition, Chameleon chairs and barstools are now available nationally and through Classic Party Rentals."
